Exchange & Returns

At Mogulzone, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customized or clearance items may not qualify for return unless defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team via email at sales@mogulzone.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping the item back. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, excluding shipping fees. Mogulzone reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
